Special Instructions: Home is a 2-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 900 sq. ft. Case Manager- Shyanne Gibson 580 642 6571 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Special Construction: Install new ADA ramp according to ADA specifications, with a minimum width of 36”. 4”x 4” post set in concrete, 2”x 6” floor joist on 16” centers. 2”x 6” decking, 2”x 6” handrail(Sand down) with spindles on 4” centers. Use only ground contact treated materials and deck screws. (Ground to porch is approx. 24")
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition.
