The contract pertains to structural repairs at the Ellyson Warehouse within the Northwest Florida Aquatic Preserves, issued under Florida DEP Bid No. BDC01-25/26, with an estimated value between 500,000 and 1.5 million dollars. The second addendum, issued on September 9, 2025, emphasizes the necessity for bidders to acknowledge receipt by signing and submitting the addendum along with their bid, with the deadline for responses set for September 16, 2025. A key clarification provided is that the warehouse’s ceiling height at its highest point is approximately 14 feet. All other original contract documents, specifications, and drawings remain in full force unless explicitly superseded by this addendum. The procurement is managed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, with Alisha Sadler serving as the primary contact for contractual and administrative matters. The process does not specify particular FAR clauses, evaluation criteria, or detailed procurement procedures within the addendum, indicating that such details are likely contained in the main solicitation documents. No specific clauses, standards, or technical specifications beyond the ceiling height clarification are incorporated or referenced in this addendum. The document underscores the importance of including the signed acknowledgment with the bid to avoid rejection and notes that all other contractual terms, including specifications and performance requirements, continue to apply.
