Question: Please define branch offices. Under qualifications, could different branch offices be identified for managing different project types and/or different locations? Or are Firms with multiple office locations throughout Florida wishing to qualify for multiple locations, required to submit multiple Quals Package submissions for each geographic area/ office location?Answer: Multiple office locations are not required to submit multiple Quals Package submissions for each office location. 19. Question: Would it be acceptable to submit one response from that lead office while including key personnel from other Florida offices, as long as their qualifications are clearly identified separately in the SF330 forms?Answer: Yes. In all other respects, the contract documents of which this is an Addendum, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
