Project Description: This project will consist of the repair and upgrades to the Administration and Warehouse Parking Lots. It will include, but not be limited to, installation of the new inlet and catch basin, new head wall and riprap, curb and gutter, concrete aprons, crack seal entire parking lots, chip seal both parking lots. Contractor will be responsible for filling all cracks, chip sealing and painting the parking lot vehicle spaces with highway yellow paint for the parking lot spaces and standard colors handicap spaces.
