Adoption of Carson Creek Specific Plan

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-51963-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Winn Communities. The project is limited to construction and operation of a 0.8-mile-long roadway segment, supporting road prism/slopes, and associated drainage and utility infrastructure with a total footprint of approximately 9.69 acres. Four culverts with a maximum diameter of 42 inches or smaller with outfall structures 27 feet by 25 feet lined with rock slope protection.
