Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and also on behalf of its client, Fisheries and Oceans Canada has requirement for the supply and deliver of two (2) Maritime Robotics’ Otter Pro Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) consisting of: OtterTM Pro USV, OtterTM Battery – Torqueedo, Battery cable, battery charger, and battery controller, AutoCast™ SVP Winch, SeaCapture™ Bathymetry A00145 software, Power Over Ethernet Battery Pack, Support and Software agreement, RX/TX AIS Transceiver for GENESIS Otter, Norbit Integration kit with NORBITI payload computer (Sonar type iWBMS). The USV must be capable of operating a multibeam echosounder and all ancillary equipment for a minimum of 8 hours at 2 knots and offer additional battery capacity to increase endurance. The USV must be capable of remotely deploying and retrieving a sound velocity profiler while underway using the attached winch with safety mechanisms to avoid contact with seafloor.
