Notice Sealed Bids for the Rogers Old Post Office Renovation
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is accepting sealed bids for the Rogers Old Post Office Renovation.
Deadline for Submission: 2:00 PM, local time, June 16, 2026.
Sealed bids will be accepted at City of Rogers City Clerk’s Office, 301 West Chestnut Street, Rogers, AR 72756, until 2:00 PM, local time on June 16, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be marked “Bid – Rogers Old Post Office Renovation”. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the City’s Central Bidding portal located https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/Category/10664/CityofRogers .  Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site at 120 West Poplar Street, Rogers, AR on June 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM.   Work will include the following trades: Asbestos & Lead Abatement, Demolition, Concrete, Site Utilities, Landscaping, Steel, Millwork, Countertops, Hollow Metal Frames, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Metal Studs, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Drywall Finishing & Painting, Specialties, Toilet Accessories, Window Shades, Elevator, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Communications.
Digital copies of drawings, specifications, and Construction Manager’s Bid Manual are available online through the City’s Central Bidding portal.   Process for submitting bids:  Bids must be submitted on the supplied bid form.  The bid form for each trade package can be found in Nabholz Construction’s CM Manual. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda and Construction Manager’s Clarifications on the bid proposal form.
Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute a Master Contract Agreement and Project Specific Contract with Nabholz Construction.  Bidders must be prepared to provide insurance as specified in the CM Manual portion of the bidding documents.
See the Proposal Procedures Section of Nabholz’s Bid Manual for all special requirements for bidders and bidding.
**Please note that successful bidders will be required to sign Nabholz Construction’s standard Master Contract, subcontract / purchase order with no modifications and follow Nabholz’s safety policies.  Copies of these documents are available for review in Nabholz’s Bid Manual. Subcontractors will be required to furnish insurance as outlined in the specifications, as well as provide a waiver of subrogation and list Nabholz Construction, the City of Rogers, and Hight Jackson & Associates Architects as an additional insured.  For any questions regarding our insurance requirements, please contact our office.  
The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any information in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposals without consent of the owner. The Owner hereby notifies all submitters that this contract may be subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other or federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 may apply.
