Project consists of the necessary site and utility construction associated with the development of a proposed 100,000 SF industrial building pad within the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park in Pikeville, Kentucky. Major components of the construction work will include earthwork (including subsurface earthwork mitigation), roadway, and utility construction. The building and parking design will come in a future phase of the project.
