This is a Centralized, Open Two-Step Spiral issued in accordance with R-DFARS 212.70, Defense Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) issued under the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Enterprise Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), Announcement FA865226SC003.


AFRL is currently accepting Commercial Solutions Brief (CSB) submissions for innovative solutions, ranging from advanced component development through operational systems development, that are within the scope of the Areas of Interest (AOI) identified in Attachment 1 of the above-referenced CSO. CSB submissions that are categorized Selectable will be invited to proceed to Step Two – Request for Commercial Solutions Proposal (CSP). Only CSB submissions are requested at this time. An offeror submitting a CSP without first submitting a CSB will not be eligible for award. 


At this time participation in this Open Spiral is limited to: Foundational Technologies (AFRL/RE). Submissions will only be directed to this Mission Organization for evaluation.
