Full Description

Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Agilaire, LLC, effective upon the date of the award through February 25, 2025, in the amount of $5,049.00 for ongoing and as-needed support and software upgrades to the existing AirVision Model 8872 Data Logger and ESC 8864, a continuous emission monitoring system controller for the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC). Agilaire, LLC’s, services will allow the EPC to continue to collect uninterrupted data, and thereby fulfill their contractual obligations with the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(15) of the County’s Procurement Policy as Agilaire, LLC is the sole provider of support services for their products, and is the only legal source for software upgrades, digital instrument drivers, maintenance, telephone warranty, training, and supplemental telephone service and support. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached quotation must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project. After this date, an award will be made.
