The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Agilent Technologies in Wilmington, DE. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.
The Naval Medical Research Unit - Dayton (NAMRU-D) has a requirement for a service contract for our Agilent ICP-MS instrument consisting of 4 parts: (serial number AU19096445) SPS 4 Autosampler (serial number IT19315119) MS40 with AV Platinum and new oil-drain (serial number SG19344560) Agilent 7900 ICP-MS (serial number 1907-04550) PSC 6106T Chiller that includes software updates is required. The entire system is proprietary and very complex. The service plan must include parts, labor, overtime, and travel. Must include at least one preventative maintenance per year. The government intends on awarding a 12 month plus 4 option years, firm fixed price contract for this requirement.
