Agreement for Architectural Services – FJUHSD – La Vista / La Sierra High School – Exterior Awning Upgrade Project

The Fullerton Joint Union High School District is soliciting architectural services for an exterior awning upgrade project at La Vista / La Sierra High School in Fullerton, California. The selected firm will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work spanning pre-design, schematic design, design development, and the preparation of construction documents, as well as providing bidding phase support, construction administration, and closeout services. Key deliverables include site plans, floor plans, technical specifications following CSI standards, and computer-generated renderings. The architect must ensure strict compliance with the California Building Standards Code Title 24, ADA accessibility requirements, and the Education Code, while coordinating closely with regulatory agencies such as the Division of the State Architect (DSA), CDE, and the State Fire Marshal. Proposals are due by July 16, 2026, and must be submitted as a single consolidated PDF and hard copy, not exceeding 75 pages.
