This post‑award notice publishes the Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) for GSA MAS Task Order 1232SA26F0745 issued to Siemens Industry, Inc. The USDA Agricultural Research Service requires proprietary Siemens Desigo CC Building Automation System (BAS) and mechanical preventive maintenance services at the Southeastern Fruit and Tree Nut Research Laboratory in Byron, Georgia. Siemens is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and is the only source with legal and technical authority to provide Desigo CC software updates, diagnostics, calibration tools, and BAS network services. The LSJ is provided in accordance with FAR 8.405‑6(c)(2).
