There is a growing interest in determining how to best implement agrivoltaic projects and better understand potential agricultural productivity while also generating clean electricity. Request for Proposals (RFP) 5752 will promote a broader understanding of the costs, benefits, opportunities, and market potential for agrivoltaics in NYS by funding agrivoltaic demonstration projects across a range of solar designs and agricultural commodities.
