This Sources Sought Notice is to research the number of large and small businesses capable and interested in the prospective procurement.
The U.S. Government is seeking sources to inspect and overhaul the AH-64 Apache Searchlight.

Maximum quantity includes Foreign Military Sales quantity of 160 EA.
The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul. The Searchlight is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-6220-211; dated 08/31/2012 is available for this action.
Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 180 days from receipt of asset.
