The 87th Contracting Squadron is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide comprehensive Air Advisor Academic Support Services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, with performance occurring primarily in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The contractor will deliver on-site academic instruction, registrar management, and training support for multiple Air Advisor courses including the Initial Qualification Course, Senior Leader Course, and Mission Commander/Team Sergeant Qualification Course, which prepare U.S. military personnel to engage with partner nations in security cooperation, foreign internal defense, counterinsurgency, irregular warfare, and partnership capacity building. The acquisition is structured as a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract with a base period from October 12, 2026, to October 11, 2027, and multiple annual option periods extending through October 11, 2031, including a separate 30-day mobilization period. Instructional staff must be fully qualified with no more than one deficiency per quarter, and Course Completion Reports must be submitted within seven calendar days of course conclusion. The contract includes a Not-to-Exceed $50,000 travel allowance and requires adherence to stringent performance standards, quality assurance surveillance, and compliance with the Performance Work Statement, environmental regulations, and the JB MDL Environmental Management System.
