AI Contract Overview
The contract calls for a turnkey procurement and installation of two Ingersoll Rand RS37i air compressors and one Polysep PSG-30 oil water separator, with equivalent models permitted provided they meet exact technical specifications including 120 PSI output, 170 CPM air flow per compressor, integrated desiccant dryers, and air-cooled operation. The oil water separator must handle 390 CPM with a 12-gallon absorption module and operate within a 32-120°F temperature range. The contractor is responsible for complete installation of all equipment, including removal and disposal of existing units, commissioning, and compliance with manufacturer standards and industry best practices. Additionally, the contract mandates a five-year maintenance program covering preventive and corrective servicing for all existing shop air compressor systems, including dryers and ancillary components, requiring the contractor to supply all labor, parts, tools, certifications, and transportation necessary to maintain system reliability and performance throughout the base year and four optional years. The effort is positioned as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333912, targeted toward qualified small businesses, with responses due by July 13, 2026, and performance centered at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
