Overview: The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a Contractor to remove existing AC mechanical units described and replace with new per spec. Contractor to modify existing or add any duct work or mechanical, electrical, gas supply and exhaust to complete the project to full working order. Project to include new Line sets. Location: Manchester RCE Office located at 1009 W. Main St. Manchester, IA 52057. Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity.
Questions: All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the ION Wave Bid system on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation.
