For the purposes of the solicitation, the Government will utilize the Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Process. In Phase One of the Two-Phase Design-Build selection procedures, interested Offerors will submit specified qualification proposals for review, consideration, and evaluation by the Government. The Government will evaluate these qualification proposals in accordance with the criteria described within the solicitation. Note: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming; no proposals are being accepted. Type of Contract and NAICS: The Request for Proposal will be for one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business size standard of $45M.Product Service Code (PSC): Y1JZ - CONSTRUCTION OF MISCELLANEOUS BUILDINGS Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARS 236.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 24 June 2026 and the approximate closing date is on or about 24 July 2026.
