THE ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price, LTC Requirements Service Contract for the PROBE ASSESSMENT, a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, LTC Requirements Service Contract for the PROBE REPAIR, a Firm Fixed Price, LTC Requirements Contract for the PROBE SHIPPING CRATE, and a Firm Fixed Price, LTC Requirements Service Contract for BEYOND ECONOMIC REPAIR (BER). This solicitation will be restricted to BRUKER DETECTION CORPORATION (CAGE: 360H2) under Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.103-1(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). This requirement will be solicited under W912CH-25-R-0038.
