The Capital Region Airport Commission is soliciting proposals under RFP 27-1005 for the development and operation of food, beverage, and retail concessions at Richmond International Airport. The project is divided into three distinct packages with an anticipated term of 15 years each. Package 2, the Marketplace Collection, comprises six retail and café destinations totaling approximately 6,921 square feet with a minimum investment of 4.5 million dollars and a focus on experiential, Virginia-centric retail. Package 3, the National Brand Partnership Collection, is an ACDBE-neutral small-business set-aside for a nationally branded burger and breakfast quick-service restaurant on Concourse B, requiring a minimum investment of 1.5 million dollars and a Brand Sponsor guarantee. Proposals are due by February 2, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST, with written questions due by December 17, 2026.
