Full Description

Stingray 3040-brand name or equal. Closed loop zero discharge electric 460V- 60 Hz unit, and requires a minimum 30 HP cast iron pump system. The cabinet will be stainless steel (all wetted parts), with a stainless steel pump shaft and Viton seal, minimum 1,000 lb table load capacity and minimum 110 gallon reservoir capacity. Minimum internal working area dimensions are 30" diameter, 36" height. Additional requirements are a swinging door design with a retractable door mounted turntable (allowing for easy input/removal of components), oscillating solution delivery stainless steel nozzles as well as adjustable electronic temp control. Required items/option for the parts washer will also include an auto-rinse cycle, auto oil skimmer, automatic steam exhaust, high output electric heat, internal reservoir coil, remote grease fittings, turntable anchoring attachments/fixture kit, electrical safety disconnect and clock override as well as single station nose and main wheel fixtures. Freight transportation, setup, and training on-site shall be provided by the supplier.
