The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarded three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with Firm Fixed Prices and limited Time and Material Contract Line Items for the solicited Aircraft Pilot Training requirements under CBP Solicitation# 70B02C20R00000018. The three awardees are CAE USA Inc., FlightSafety International and HeliStream, Inc. CAE USA Inc. will provide Aircraft Pilot Training Services for Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing (FW) airplanes. The training consists of Initial/Transition and Annual/Recurrent Training for the following aircraft: Sikorsky S76B, King Air 200, King Air 350, Dash 8, along with Flight Instructor Qualification and Non-Specific Pilot and Air Crew Training courses. There are five ordering periods which will commence February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2026 with opportunity for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The total estimated Ceiling contract price is $18,103,007.58 (excludes the six-month extension). The 6-month extension will become a part of the total contract value only under the contingency that the clause is exercised during the performance of the contract. FlightSafety International will provide Aircraft Pilot Training Services for Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing (FW) airplanes.
