Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Intercomp Company of Medina, Minnesota for the procurement of seven (7) Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets, Part Number 144007, in support of Triton (MQ-4C) air vehicle. This five (5) year Firm Fixed Price, Option type contract for the procurement of Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets shall consist of a base year with a total quantity of seven (7) Aircraft Platform Weighing/Overrun Sets with twenty-four (24) more units that may be ordered in the four follow on years. A maximum contract quantity of thirty-one (31) units may be ordered over the life of the contract. Base Yr: Qty 07 Option 1: Qty 1-6 Option 2: Qty 1-6 Option 3: Qty 1-6 Option 4: Qty 1-6 The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
