Meadowlands Sustainment
Solicitation # FA8819(10-2026)
The Space Systems Command, located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice to identify capable contractors for the sustainment of the Counter Communications System (CCS) Meadowlands. This effort involves the technical, logistical, software, and hardware support for a geographically dispersed fleet of up to 56 systems operating across the UHF, L, C, Ku, and KA RF bands. The scope of work includes organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance, supply chain management for obsolescence and spares, and comprehensive software sustainment including cybersecurity remediation and configuration control. The systems are deployed across USCENTCOM and USPACOM, with additional support requirements for EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. The government is considering a firm-fixed-price contract structure with potential performance incentives based on metrics such as mission-effective system-hours. The envisioned period of performance is approximately six years, consisting of a one-year base period and five option years. Due to the nature of the work, contractors must be capable of operating within secure facilities at various security levels, including Secret, TS/SCI, and SAP F. While currently listed with no set-aside, the government reserves the right to set the acquisition aside for small businesses, including woman-owned and socially disadvantaged firms. Interested parties must submit a Statement of Capabilities by November 18, 2026, detailing their technical approach to mission effectiveness, workforce surge capacity, and transition continuity.

The United States Air Force (USAF) Air Mobility Command (AMC) is seeking a host server and website service capable of GPS tracking inReach SE two-way Iridium satellite communicators paired with up to 40 inReach 1.5 two-way Iridium satellite communicators (group-tracking) that can be airdropped simultaneously from each C-17, C130H, and C-130J aircraft operating anywhere in the world. There are 1,736 battery-operated two-way satellite communicators distributed among 44 tenant accounts that need server service to host Iridium short-burst messages and a website to plot the location of the devices on map imagery and in tabular format. The purpose of an Airdrop Item Tracking System (AITS) Web Portal Service (WPS) is to provide airdrop mission planners, tacticians, aircrew members, and commanders with tabular data and map imagery for near real-time situational awareness of airdropped items. The airdrop tracking server and website enables them to assess the effect of the airdrop mission, to include potential unintended damage to ground structure, and assist ground forces in locating and recovering airdropped items from the drop zone (DZ) or objective area. The group tracking website server must be able to receive and send acknowledgment of reception (two-way messaging) from inReach SE and inReach 1.5 GPS data using Advanced Encryption Standard 256 (AES 256) short burst data messages through the Department of Defense (DoD) Iridium gateway.

AMC/A6 Information Technology Needs Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) - Amendment 04
Solicitation # FA445226SC001
The Air Mobility Command (AMC) A6 Information Technology Needs Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), solicitation FA445226SC001, is a competitive solicitation managed by the 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron to obtain innovative IT solutions for secure and scalable infrastructure transformation. While the overall CSO is unrestricted and open until February 26, 2031, specific Areas of Interest (AOIs) carry their own requirements. Area of Interest 1, focused on Base IT Modernization, is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This effort aims to replace outdated legacy systems with a modern architecture integrating core, cloud, and edge environments to improve operational efficiency, data sharing, and warfighter effectiveness across up to 15 installations. The procurement utilizes a two-step selection process beginning with a white paper submission, which must include company information, a technical solution, and a total project price. Selected offerors will then be invited to submit a detailed approach. Evaluation is based on technical merit and importance to the agency, with the government seeking the most innovative and affordable solutions. Resulting awards are anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price contracts or Other Transactions for Prototype Projects. Technical requirements for the modernization effort include a comprehensive end-to-end solution encompassing site surveys, design, installation, and system acceptance testing. Contractors must ensure all personnel possess a minimum of a Tier 3 Security Investigation with Secret eligibility and maintain a Secret facility clearance. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing documentation to support the Assessment and Authorization process to achieve an Interim Authority to Test and must ensure full traceability of hardware and software components in compliance with the Trade Agreements Act.
