The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identfy aviailable authorized business to perform a comprehensive upgrade to modernize its components and enhance its cybersecurity posture to align with current Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S. Air Force (USAF) standards. The existing system's hardware and software need to be serviced and modified to conform with FAA AC150/5345-56 specifications and relevant sections of DAFGM 2023-32-01. Due to the proprietary nature of the ALCMS software, only the original manufacturer, ADB SAFEGATE, is authorized to perform the required modifications to ensure the system's life-safety functionality is not compromised. Work to be performed IAW with the attached draft SOW. 


This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not consitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. 


Anticipated NAICS/Size Standard: This requirement falls under the NAICS Code 513210 Software Publishers with a Size Standard of $47M. 


Submission of Information: All firms responding to this Sources Sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this Sources Sought notice. A responsible potential sources shall have registed with the System for Award Management (SAM). The response should be no more than five pages providing the following information:


  • A vendor capability statement
  • Business name, address, CAGE code
  • Size and socioeconmic classification based on NAICS size standard
  • If claiming a specific small business category, providing supporting documentation
  • Point of contract including email and phone number
