In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **Scientific Respiratory Equipment Inc. (SCIREQ)**, located at 6600 Saint-Urbain, Suite 300, Montreal Quebec, QC H2S 3G8. SCIREQ is the manufacturer to supply and support the inExpose Exposure System. SCIREQ inExpose compact system and ability to test 10+ mice at one time will reduce delays in testing for hospital staff. Their unique expertise and authorization are necessary to maintain the system's operational reliability, code compliance, and warranty status. Therefore, SCIREQ is recommended as the sole source provider for the inExpose exposure system and associated system components, ensuring continuity of service, adherence to code, and protection of the system s certification status. This requirement covers the exposure system at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center, located at **13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612**.
