This contract for pavement patching and crack sealing at the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge compound in Soldotna, Alaska, is a small business set-aside solicitation under NAICS code 237990, limited exclusively to small business concerns as defined under FAR 19.5. The work involves repairing asphalt roads, drives, and parking areas including the Headquarters building access road, Visitors Center parking area, Maintenance and Housing access road, and Maintenance parking area, with the exclusion of the roadway beyond the blue gate toward Headquarters Lake.
