THE ALASKA ENERGY AUTHORITY (AEA) IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM SNOW PATROLS, WEATHER REPORTING, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ALASKA INTERTIE SNOW LOAD MONITORING SYSTEM.  THE TASKS INCLUDE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE (TASK 1), AUTOMATIC ALASKA-INTERTIE SNOW CONDITIONS PATROLS (TASK 2), CALL OUT DIRECTED BY CEA DISPATCHER (TASK 3), DAILY WEATHER REPORTING (TASK 4), AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR FUTURE UPGRADES (TASK 5).A pre-proposal Conference/Teleconference will be held at 1:30 PM, Alaska Standard Time, on October 21, 2025. The purpose of the Conference/Teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP.
