The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for  Albany Court Renovation and Accessibility Upgrade, U.S. Embassy London, United Kingdom.


This acquisition is subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and Free Trade Agreements (FTA). In accordance with the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended, competition is limited to eligible firms as defined by that statute.
