This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for employee group benefits program as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Deliverables include the provision of a comprehensive employee group benefits program for approximately 1148 employees. The successful proponent(s) will be responsible for delivering a competitive, sustainable, and service-oriented benefits solution that encompasses plan administration, claims and disability management, drug cost control, and member experience enhancement. The program must be flexible, innovative, and capable of supporting AGLC through implementation and ongoing operations.
