Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will act as the designated procurement lead on behalf of Health Canada (HC), to acquire the services of a single contractor for the provision of dental care claims processing and adjudication services for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being solicited following an open Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) process, published on canadabuys.gc.ca and closed on December 5, 2022, where industry was invited to submit a response in order to qualify onto a short list of Qualified Suppliers. Submission of bids in response to this RFP is limited only to the following Qualified Suppliers that had qualified through the ITQ process: i) ESI Canada, operating as Express Scripts Canada; ii) Medavie Inc.; and iii) Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada
