The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, plans to negotiate a sole source contract with George Washington University, Medical Faculty Associates, specifically the Department of Emergency Medicine, for the provision of emergency medical technicians and other support personnel skilled in responding to toxic chemical warfare agent injuries. These specialized ambulance services will be provided at the Spring Valley Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) in Washington, DC, operating on site for a minimum of ten hours daily, five days a week.
