THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of Ambulance and Medical Transportation Service for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621910 (Size Standard: $6.5 million). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with a firm-fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, ambulatory vehicles, materials, equipment, and licenses required to provide both emergent and non-emergent ambulance and medical transportation services. The contractor shall transport inmate(s) to the desired hospital of the FMC. Trips may occur at anytime. The estimated quantities for a 12 month period is 193 ALS trips and 167 BLS trips. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
