The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Amended Spill Prevention Countermeasures Control Plans (SPCCPs) certified by a Professional Engineer (PE) for various locations: Camp Roberts (CR) (U.S. Highway 101, Camp Roberts, CA 93451); Camp San Luis Obispo (CSLO) (10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405); Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) (11200 Lexington Avenue, Los Alamitos, CA 90720); Sacramento Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF), (10616 Superfortress Avenue, Mather, CA 95655), Stockton AASF (2000 Stimson Road, Stockton, CA 95206) and an initial SPCCP for San Diego Facility Maintenance Shop (FMS) 17 (3171 Armstrong Street, San Diego, CA 92111) on or around November 2024 through February 2025, in accordance with the technical specifications.
