Solicitation # N00025-26-R-5246
The U.S. Navy, through the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mission Systems and Program Manager Warfighting / Applications (PMW/A 520), is soliciting proposals for the development, production, integration, testing, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment of the Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) hardware and software. This full and open competition supports both surface and subsurface platforms, specifically focusing on the manufacture and assembly of AN/SYN-1 and Scalable IBS (S-IBS) hardware, alongside the maintenance and modification of software using Government Furnished Information.
