All offers are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, March 31, 2023. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ***UPDATE*** Amendment 0001 is to provide information for a second coordinated site visit to be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00am local time and to extend the due date for offers to Thursday, March 23, 2023 still at 4:00pm Pacific Time. RFIs arising from the site visit shall be submitted to mark.salum@faa.gov no later than noon Pacific Time on Thursday, March 16, 2023. RFIs will be addressed by solicitation amendment. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. See attached solicitation package for details. This requirement is a tiered evaluation. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00am local (Mountain) Time on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023. Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by contacting Ryan Page at ryan.page@faa.gov, (801) 949-6189 with the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than close of business (COB) Mountain Time on Friday, February 17th, 2023. Requests for Information (RFI's) arising from the site visit and requests for clarifications or interpretations of this solicitation and/or attachments shall be emailed to elaina.d.atkins@faa.gov no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023. Responses to RFIs and questions will be provided via solicitation amendment only. Offers are due no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023.
