Full Description

Amendment 0006 - there is no extension to the proposal due date as a result of this amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This RFP contemplates award of one single new purchase order. The contract will be awarded pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 procedures including combined synopsis and solicitation. CMS is seeking responses from small business 8(a) contractors for meeting the Government's requirements as described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the VTC supplies/services. There are four SOO's, and one SOW documents within this RFP for Conference Room Equipment (Video Teleconfernecing (VTC) & Spark) Operations and Maintenance. The Government contemplates award of one purchase order including a mix of firm fixed price (FFP) and time & materials (T&M) type line items in each purchase order period. Please find attached our Amendment 0006 for the VTC Recompete No. 181633. This amendment includes additional information regarding estimated quantity of annual repairs on the incumbent contract, and average percentage of items which are currently covered by maintenance warranties.
