The equipment must be brand neutral but should closely match the specifications of a Quincy QGDV series unit, featuring a 25 horsepower motor, a 120 gallon horizontal receiver factory-mounted as one package, and a Q-Control Touch Controller for performance monitoring. The system must operate at a 125 psig working pressure and adhere to Quincy specifications for all other technical requirements. The scope of work is limited to supply and delivery to the facility dock, with the VA handling all rigging, transport, and installation. The supplier is responsible for providing an authorized factory startup to ensure the unit is eligible for the Quincy True Blue extended warranty. This is a total small business set-aside opportunity managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, with the primary objective of procuring a high-performance compressor package delivered to the Indianapolis site.
