This contract involves the procurement of vibration isolation bases and connectors under a Small Business Set-Aside (SBA) solicitation, with a focus on a firm fixed price (FFP) all-inclusive quote that encompasses freight, tariffs, packing, and handling fees. The vendor must provide a comprehensive quote in their name, including details such as country of origin, lead time, shipping origin, and a published price list or equivalent documentation to justify pricing. The contract emphasizes that all costs should be incorporated into the item price, as the purchase order will not separately account for freight or additional fees, unless the all-inclusive pricing is unavailable, in which case the Incoterms will be DAP with BNL’s freight forwarder. Vendors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a valid Unique Entity ID unless they are foreign vendors filling out an AMS-Form-050. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror that meets all technical requirements, with prices valid for 60 days. The contract is managed by Brookhaven National Laboratory, located in Upton, NY, and the response deadline is August 20, 2025. The procurement process is governed by standard terms and conditions, and the contract aims to ensure compliance with DOE reporting requirements and small business policies.
