Amendment of MDAQMD Regulation III – Fees

The Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District is proposing an amendment to Regulation III regarding fees for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The primary objective is to implement a 2% fee increase for Rules 301, 302, and 303 to ensure that fees are reasonably aligned with the regulatory costs of the programs they support.
