Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with valid Unique Entity Identifiers and demonstrate financial, technical, and organizational capability in their submissions. The contractor will be subject to Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan oversight by designated government representatives, with payment administered by the U.S. Embassy Bangkok Financial Management Office.
