This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on July 27, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified contractor to renovate the Amherstburg facility in Amherstburg, Ontario. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work in its entirety within twenty-four (24) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
