Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) require construction services for partial demolition of an existing timber crib and timber piled wharf, removal, stockpiling and reinstallation of core stone, coarse core stone (filter stone) and armour stone, as applicable, to facilitate installation of a new “Berlin Wall”-type structure and widening the stem, raising the deck elevation, and encapsulation of the remaining cribs with a “Berlin Wall”-type structure including deadman anchor system; and upgrades to the electrical power distribution and lighting system.
