The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Protective Services (NGA PS) has a requirement for the following Ammunition: Pistol: 9 MM Luger (+P) 124 Grain +P Bonded Brass Jacketed Hollow Point Shotgun: 12 Gauge Shotgun Law Enforcement reduced Recoil "00" Buckshot and 12 Guage Shotgun Law Enforcement Reduced Recoil Rifled Hollow Point Slug Patrol Rifle: .223 Caliber Premium Law Enforcement, 64 grain Hi-Shok Pointed Soft Point The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Only one contract will be made from this solicitation to one contractor; no split awards. The IDIQ contract will consist of a base year and four (4) one-year options. The ammunition shall meet the Small Arms and Munitions Institute (SAMI) standards for production, reliability, and performance. Ammunition shall be manufactured in the United States. The vendor shall ship the required quantities of ammunition 90 days after award of the contract or sooner to one of two locations, Arnold, MO and Springfield, VA. Shipping is FOB destination. Pricing shall include all applicable taxes. The vendor shall notify the receiving official of the delivery Not Later Than (NLT) 96 hours prior to its delivery. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a NAICS code of 332992, size standard 1000. The solicitation will be available by July 6, 2012.
