North Island AMO Building 1480 was built 1988. Sense then, all office walls, front entrance, hallway walls, restroom walls and ceiling and breakroom walls are in need interior repairs and apply new commercial rated interior paint. A major portion of the walls are covered with wallpaper and need to be removed due to their life expedience. In addition, conference room 4-foot wall paneling, wallpaper, and baseboard need to be removed, and the walls will need to be repaired once wallpaper and wood siding are removed, in addition the cabinets and kitchen sink within the conference room are to be removed as the 4-foot side panels around conference room. Wall repair will be needed once kitchen cabinets and 4-foot panels are removed. The gypsum board walls and doors throughout offices, hallways, communications room and breakrooms will need to be repaired with holes and cracks. Last, All Interior wood doors have not been revarnished for over 10 years. A new varnished clear coat and wood stain are needed due to worn, chipping, holes and scratches.
