AMOC iDirect iSupport

The contractor shall renew iDirect Premium iSupport as identified below
The Premium Service Program is designed for customers who require mission critical operational support. Without this communications network, the AMOC would lose bi-directional data paths to the air assets.
The Premium Service Program provides the following features:
• 24x7x365 Technical Services Support • Access to major and minor software releases • Access to software service releases, updates and technical bulletins • Extended Warranty on Chassis and Line Cards • Advanced Replacement for Hub Components (Continental United States (CONUS only) • 10-day response for warranty repairs (CONUS; non aero remotes only) • Remote managed upgrade support • Onsite annual network health check (CONUS only) • Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Support Services • Shield – Remote IA Support services – iDX 4.2.2 and above required AMO requires continued maintenance of existing iDirect devices already installed at the AMOC and in air assets. iDirect Equipment, manufactured by iDirect, included in this support also extends the warranty for the hardware assets
