This contract pertains to the repair of electronic amplifiers and establishes specific terms for turnaround time (RTAT), quality assurance, and contractual obligations. The RTAT is defined from the physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility to the government’s final acceptance, with reporting requirements mandated through the commercial Asset Visibility system. The contractor must meet the agreed RTAT to receive full payment, with negotiated prices linked to performance against these timelines. Additionally, throughput constraints require the contractor to specify monthly repair capacity for each National Stock Number (NSN), ensuring consistent workflow without bottlenecks. The contract includes a one-year induction period for assets to be submitted for repair, after which repairs require additional agreements. The scope details compliance with MIL-STD-130 for markings and MIL-STD 2073 for packaging, while several standard quality assurance and documentation provisions are not applicable. The contract incorporates clauses related to equal opportunity for workers with disabilities, buy American and free trade agreements, warranty periods of 12 months with 60 days notice of defects, and limitations on pass-through charges. Payment instructions and inspection processes are coordinated with designated Defense Finance and Accounting Service and Defense Contract Management Agency offices. The contracting agency is the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, with primary contact Meghan E. Gubicza, and it is identified under solicitation number N0038326QAA04, solicited in early 2026, with a response deadline in February 2026.
