Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement to solicit a supplier that can provide high-quality chemical analysis of many substances in raw influent, treated effluent, raw sludge, treated biosolids, landfill leachate, and environmental waters, sediments, and soils impacted by these discharges, as part of a monitoring program on the occurrence and fate of chemical substances in municipal wastewater as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is for one firm year plus four additional one year option periods.
