ANC Automatic Doors Maintenance Services

Arlington National Cemetery is soliciting maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all automatic doors at the Welcome Center and Administrative Building under a 100% small business set-aside contract with the solicitation number W91QV126RA031. The work requires the contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, management, and transportation necessary to ensure the proper operational condition of each automatic door as listed in Technical Exhibit 3 of the Performance Work Statement. All services must comply with industry standards, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and specific requirements outlined in Section 5 of the PWS, including adherence to ANSI/BHMA safety standards for door mechanisms and the requirement that the Lead Service Technician hold a current AAADM certification.
